This form reaches one person. Most messages are answered within two working days; corrections to published figures are handled the same day wherever possible.
Worth writing about
- “Your number does not match mine.” The most useful mail we get. Send your data source, sample period and session definition and we will reconcile the two — the difference is usually a definition, and the reconciliation often becomes an article.
- Requests for a pair profile. Tell us which instrument and what you actually need measured. Reader requests set most of the research queue.
- Spread and execution data. Recorded tick data or fill logs from a live account, anonymised, are always welcome and always credited if you want.
- Method challenges. If you think a study is measuring the wrong thing, say so. That is not a complaint, it is peer review.
- Data vendors and brokers submitting a feed or a product for testing.
What cannot be answered
- “Where is EUR/USD going?” No forecasts, no trade ideas, no opinions on your open positions — this site measures behaviour, it does not predict prices.
- Personal recommendations of any kind, including which pair or broker suits you.
- Broker disputes. Those belong with the firm and then its regulator.
- Paid placement. Coverage, links and rankings are not for sale.
Please do not send
Account numbers, passwords, platform investor credentials or identity documents. Nothing here needs them. When sending statements or fill logs, strip the account identifiers first — only the timestamps, prices and sizes matter.
